Denis Meçe, arrested for the murder of Egli Proga in Pogradec, on the afternoon of August 11, has been released from prison by the court of Korça, on the charge of ' Negligent murder' .

While  Voltan Shulku , 40 years old,  Arian Manellari , 55 years old, and Leonidha Guçe , 47 years old, arrested for failing to report a crime, were released with the measure of "obligation to appear".

The victim's family members were present outside, the victim's sister is demanding justice for her brother.

"I want to see my brother's killer... here is the animal", she can be heard crying loudly in front of the court and at the moment of the arrival of the perpetrators.

The serious crime took place on the afternoon of August 11, which was initially reported as an accidental incident, but later revealed to be a murder.

42-year-old Egli Proga, after being raped, entered the interior of the bar for a few minutes and after coming out, he fell unconscious on the street.

After the fight, the suspected author Denis Meçe left the scene but was arrested the day after (August 12) together with 3 other people who are accused of obstructing the detection of the crime.
