The Kosovo police have given new details about the murder in Prizren, where the owner of the bar, the well-known personality Dibran Hoxha, known by the nickname "Cobra", was arrested as a suspect.

According to the Police, the shooting first started in the bar. After the incident, three of those involved in the case, who were residents of Kukes, left by car in the direction of the Kukes hospital.

"Starts 03.01.2023-04:00. It was reported that there was an exchange of fire by several people in a bar. After the incident, three of those involved in the case, who were citizens of Albania, left by car in the direction of the Republic of Albania. After contacting the Albanian authorities, it was confirmed that one of the people involved in the incident has died, while another is injured," the Police announced.

In connection with the case, six suspects were arrested, while three cartridges were found and seized at the scene.

"Regarding the case, six Kosovar male suspects were arrested and the same ones were sent to detention by the decision of the prosecutor. By order of the prosecutor, a raid was carried out in the bar where the incident took place, and in the house of one of the suspects related to the case, some evidence was seized. Three cartridges were also found and seized near the scene. The investigative units are in coordination with the Albanian authorities for the continuation of the examinations of the dead body and the victim's car. The case is being investigated by competent police units", the Police announcement states.

The owner of the bar, Dibran Hoxhaj, known as "Cobra", is suspected of being shot after a physical fight with some people, who had come from Kukësi to Prizren. As a result, one of them was left dead, while another was injured.
