New details have been revealed regarding the health condition of the injured Rufgen Shehu. After the shooting by Dibran Hoxhaj, the two injured were urgently sent to the Kukes hospital, the director of which gave details on the "Frontal" show of T7.

Sulejman Sokoli said that around 4:30 a.m. a car arrived at the Kukës hospital to ask for help, as he added that the deceased Visart Cengu left without signs of life, while the other injured person was sent for more specialized treatment to the Tirana hospital .

"At 4:30 a car arrived to ask for medical help, one was found dead while the other arrived injured in the right leg. After giving first aid, he was sent to Tirana... His life is out of danger... The victim came without signs of life, then the Police and the competent authorities were notified,"  said Sokoli.

Dibran Hoxhaj is not an unknown name for justice as he was previously convicted for drug trafficking and physical fighting. The three young men from Kukës were not armed, while after the fight they were shot by Hoxhaj while they were driving away. According to witnesses, the fight started after an unpaid bill of 400 euros.
