Valter Bami was arrested this Thursday afternoon by the Tirana police for the serious incident that happened on the 4th in Larushke in Fushë-Kruja, where Ramazan Sino was killed and the two minor sons of Gentian Bejtje, aged 10 and 13, were injured. .

Tirana Police: Following the investigative actions related to the event of 03.07.2023, where in the village of Larushkë, Krujë, in the yard of the residence of the citizen Gentjan Bejtas, a firearm was shot and as a result the citizen Ramazan Sino lost his life. At around 04:00 on the same date, citizen Valter Bami, 37 years old, was escorted, who was given complementary factors and a statement related to the above incident and then released, we inform you that:

Today, dated 07.06.2023, based on the response to the chemical examination act, it was found that in the left hand of the citizen Valter Bami, complementary factors of shooting with a firearm were found.

On the basis of this expert report, the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana has issued today, on 06.07.2023, the arrest order for this citizen for the criminal offense "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", provided by article 278 of the Criminal Code.

Today, around 20:30, in the village of Greps, Nikël, citizen Valter Bami, 37 years old, resident of Nikël, Fushë Krujë, was located, captured and escorted to the premises of the DVP Tirana.

Meanwhile, the investigations for the complete legal documentation of the above event continue intensively.
