An information that Aleksandër Laho, otherwise known as "Rrumi" was in his apartment, set in motion the police of Durrës, who carried out inspections in the latter's apartment.

"Rrumi" is wanted as two arrest warrants have been placed against him, specifically one by the Durrës Prosecutor's Office and another by SPAK.

The action to control his apartment was undertaken after reports that the much-wanted 'Rrumi' was at home.

The police escorted his brother, but he was later released.

So during the action, a person was caught with an illegal weapon and then arrested.

Rrumi is a character much talked about for his connections with the world of crime, while his name was also mentioned during the assassination of prosecutor Arjan Ndoji.
