On April 27, 2020, Durrës was shocked by a brutal murder in broad daylight, where brothers Viktor and Besmir Haxhia were executed inside a car.

The repentant justice Erion Alibej confessed today in the next court session at the GJKKO that the crime was committed by Nuredin Dumani, Talo Çela's rival.

According to his testimony in court, Erion Alibej said that the target for killing was Altin Ndoci and Besmir Haxhia, not Viktor Haxhia.

According to him, Altin Ndoci was in the car with the two Haxhia brothers, but had gotten off a few minutes before the assassination attempt.

The killers, thinking that Besmir Haxhia was in the car with Altin Ndoci, confused the latter with Viktor Haxhia.

Even after the assassination, Alibej tells the court, they tried again to kill Altin Ndoc at the funeral of the Haxhia brothers, but the latter did not go.

For the murder of the Haxhia brothers, Klevis Alla was sentenced to 25 years in prison, Besmir Xhixha to 6 years and Enver Diva to 5 years. Altin Ndoci, who was accused of this event, was acquitted. And as it results from the current testimony of Erion Alibej, Ndoci was targeted to be killed together with Besmir Haxhia.

Erion Alibej: I paid 100 thousand Euros for Dorjan Shkoza, several weapons were purchased from Hoxha, the prices ranged from 500-1000 to 3500 Euros. I don't know for sure that Sandër Baho had contacts with Hoxha. I met Nuredin Dumani after the murder of the Haxhia brothers. But I was in constant contact with Nuredin, I didn't know Henrik Hoxha, I only heard that he had the nickname "kushu" and "nipi" that he addressed to Klevis Alla.

I was talking to Nuredin about Talo Çela, who after the murder of Dorjan Shkoza would be alive or not. I was also continuing the investigation into Altin Ndoci, who often went to Durrës to visit the Haxhia brothers. Klevis Alla had seen Talo one day at the Haxhia brothers' house, but Nuredin took him with reservations.

Nuredini is engaged in being prepared with the "Fushë-Krujë boys", but I did not know their names. For the murder of the Haxhia brothers, I gave Nuredin 2 cans and 1 pistol, as far as I remember, I gave him whatever he asked me to. I gave him the weapons along with the car, the plan was to kill Altin Ndoc and Besmir Haxhia, not Viktor.

The news that I heard about came out on TV quickly, and on the news that the Toyota was found abandoned, I asked Nuredini why there were blood stains on the car, he told me we had knees with the windows closed and the "kusho" injured his leg from the blows. Then the "nephew" was taken to the police and Nuredini told me "it seems to me that this is what he is talking about" and as soon as I heard it, he had heard from the neighbors, from "Miri i Pojës" who Nuredini had a friend.

Viktor Haxhia was there by chance, Altin Ndoci was also in the car, but he got off on the way, because he was a target, they didn't know that Viktor was in the car, they thought it was Altin Ndoci. I was discussing with Nuredin about the funeral of the Haxhia brothers because they could execute Altin Ndoci on the day of the funeral, I was in favor, but it didn't happen because he didn't go to the funeral.

I also had a friend in Kukës, Bujar Gërmizin, I said to Nuredini, do you need some clothes like the OFL? He said yes. And from Bujar I got some clothes like the OFL, the police, and I gave them to Nuredini, a vest and a kambale, with the OFL inscription, the clothes were made in Kosovo, I got them in Kukës.

After the murder of the brothers, I found out that Talo had stayed at the Haxhiajs' house, when I learned on TV that Klevis Alla was naming names. Nuredin had separated at this time and was staying with his family in Spille with his mother-in-law. He didn't know if anyone was talking about him, because the police went to his apartment, but he had fled. I was talking to him all the time on Sky ECC.

I bought the Toyota car from Alban Qerosi, that's what they call him, he lives in Brussels, he was Endrit's friend and partner in drug trafficking, the cars were in Shijak, there were 2 cars in fact, I had the codes "Lizz" and "Kumi" in Sky ECC, and "Noku" in Encro Chat.

I have never met Klevis Alla, during this period Nuredini was not aware whether he had spoken about him or not. After the murder of the Haxhia brothers, I left the house, I went to the Prosecutor's Office, the prosecutor Ritvan Suka called me, he asked me about the things I had made available, I also went to the prosecutor's office on a motorcycle, as a pizza delivery man. At that time, I had the case of Xhoni Rusta, lawyer Demir Çiftjan, I told the prosecutor again that these are the executioners, the prosecutor asked me for information after there had been an injury in Elbasan, a Kei Piu.
