A hearing was held today for the four police officers arrested at the Kapshtica border crossing point on charges of abuse of office.

The court has ruled that the arrest in flagrante delicto and the suspension from duty of the four police officers were illegal.

Meanwhile, Valmir Balliu, the driver of the vehicle where the drugs were found, has been placed under 'prison arrest'.

Two days ago, police surveillance agencies arrested four police officers at the Kapshtica border crossing point on charges of 'abuse of duty'.

They allowed the passage of a vehicle that had a significant amount of heroin in the car.
