Erion Alibej has "stitched" his mouth before the Special Court Against Organized Crime in connection with the murder of Emiljano Ramazan and Regis Runaj.

The process this Tuesday was held for the latter, who was found murdered with a knife near the cemetery of the city of Elbasan in 2020. Elibej was called as a witness and defendant, as he was asked by the court for the second time, he said that he would to speak, but at another moment.

The judge reminded the defendant that he had taken the same position a few months ago, but Alibej insisted that the family crisis had just happened to him. His request was also accepted by the prosecutor who told the court that he would be given the opportunity to testify at another time.

In addition, at GJKKO, two witnesses who were the first to tell about the lifeless body of Regis Runaj gave their statements.

Latif and Mariglen Daka, father and son, said that the son was the first to find the body and notify his father, while the latter returned with Mariglen and after seeing the body, notified the police. For the murder of Emiljano Ramazan and Regis Runaj, Euglen Halili Xhuljano Hoxha is kept in prison.
