His ex-girlfriend claimed for the police that the Albanian disturbed her from time to time, spoke badly to her and always became wild. He had even thrown water on her on the day of the incident, while the young woman had begged him to stop.

Meanwhile, after the Albanian had fought with the Greek, the latter had gone to the apartment to get the gun and then shot at the young man, leaving him dead on the spot.
