Martin Can's murder, preliminary hearing held (VIDEO)

A preliminary hearing is being held at the Tirana Court for the murder of 14-year-old Martin Cani. The perpetrator, 14 years old, is accused of murder under aggravating circumstances against a minor.

Also present at the hearing were Martin Cani's parents, Engjell and Florina Cani, who entered the courtroom holding hands. 

The murder of Martin Cani occurred on November 18, 2024 in Tirana, by a peer just 200 meters from the "Fan Noli" school in Tirana. The incident occurred on November 18, 3 days after a conflict had arisen between two teenagers inside the school, for completely banal reasons, which had seemingly ended, but which was rekindled again inside the school.
