PD Vice President Flamur Noka has published a document on social networks which he claims is the first report by the judicial police officer for the murder of Martin Cani, where it is said that 5 people were involved in the event.

Noka accuses the State Police of "hiding crimes where Rama's patronageists and family members and the threads of the narco-state are involved".
