Other details have been revealed by the scandal where the State Police was intentionally involved , regarding the second author who participated in the murder of Martin Cani and the wounding of Luis Mecaj .

After it became known that the second author, who is still at large, is the son of an investigator of the National Bureau of Investigation , it has now been learned that the son's mother is also part of SPAK, as an employee of the administration.

Kledion Bejkaj

The name that has been erased by the State Police is Kledion Bejkaj , the friend of the author of the murder,  Mario Prelleshaj .

Bejkaj was not detained by the police, as the police claim that he was not involved in the crime, while the injured Luis Meçaj said otherwise.

JOQ reveals that Kledion Bejkaj is the son of Maksim Bejkaj , investigator at the National Bureau of Investigation ( BKH ), and Nevila Bejkaj , Specialist of Registers and Statistics at SPAK .

According to the investigation group, it was concluded that Mario Prelleshaj acted alone and did not have an accomplice in the event, but in the statement received by OPGJ, Kledion Bejkaj accompanied Mario Prelleshaj in the attack on the victim.

Bejkaj was also publicly denounced by the father of Luis Mecaj, who said that the minor was carrying a small knife and hit his son on the back.

Among other things, he said that the parents with influence in BKH are trying to get the 14-year-old out of Albania.
