The doctor of the private hospital " Hygea " challenges the prisons.
It does not submit the epicrisis for the author of the murder of Martin Cani.
The Directorate of Prisons is unable to fully implement the decision of the Tirana court, which has set the security measure of prison arrest for 14-year-old Mario Përlleshaj, accused of murdering his peer, Martin Cani , with a knife .
The reason?
The prison employees have encountered the refusal of the doctor of the private hospital where Perlleshaj is being treated to submit the medical epicrisis, which is the necessary documentation that proves that he was cured and the progress in the recovery of the 14-year-old Perlleshaj.
For this reason, the Prisons Commission has alerted the Tirana Police accusing Dr. Dritan Todhe of the private hospital " Hygea " of disobeying and rejecting a court decision.
The prisons say that the doctor in question has been dragging out the process of handing over the epicrisis since yesterday, when the directorate's five-person commission appeared at the private hospital to follow the procedures required by law.
The minor has been placed under prison arrest, while the doctor has the obligation to give the minor's epicrisis to the representatives of the prisons.
The five-person commission must prove his health condition, and transport him from the private hospital or prison hospital to a section for juveniles, or to the juvenile institute in Kavaje.
On Monday, this procedure was not carried out, as the doctor did not submit either the medical record or the epicrisis.
The same refusal by the doctor of the private hospital was also carried out on Tuesday morning.
The members of the commission, apart from the state police, have also contacted the prosecutor of the case for instructions on how to proceed.
