The Special Court addresses the head of SPAK Altin Duman and the head of BKH Aida Hajnaj, for the non-execution of its order, by an agent of BKH, who was ordered to bring two witnesses to GJKKO for the murders of Emiljano Ramazan and Riggers Runajt.

According to the black squads, the agent Saimir Çuka did not appear himself in Elbasan, at the respective addresses where the witnesses live, but requested this from the Elbasan Local Police Directorate.

The presiding judge Etleva Deda requested an explanation from the prosecutor Behar Dibra, regarding the non-implementation of the court's order, while the latter argued that the BKH agents in some cases are unable to act due to the lack of support services.

The court notified the heads of the institutions regarding this procedure, under these conditions the court continued with the written evidence.

In the process, in addition to the witnesses, one of whom (Endri Karaj), based on the TIMS system, is abroad, the defendants Xuliano Hoxha and Euglent Halili, who were represented by lawyers, were also absent.

A few days ago, in the same process, Erion Alibej declared before the court that he would give clarifications in a second moment regarding the two murders.
