A security camera filmed the entire event that led to the killing of a 28-year-old police officer today in Fier.

The serious incident happened today in the village of Baltëz, a few moments after the officer of the "Shqiponja" forces, Novruz Cenalia, had left the apartment and was on his way to take up his duties.

On the way, he met 23-year-old Azgan Mernica. Both were driving trying to cross a narrow road, and it is suspected that this is where the conflict between them started.

Mernica took out his pistol and shot him in the head, causing the instant death of the policeman originally from Tropoja, who had been married only a month.

It is reported that the whole dynamic of the event was filmed by a camera mounted on the street, the footage of which has already been seized by the police.

Azgan Mernica continues to be on the run, while a large number of FNSH and RENEA operatives are looking for him.
