A touching detail is learned about 28-year-old Novruz Cenalia, an officer of the "Eagle" forces, who was killed with a gun in the middle of the day in the village of Baltëz in Fier.

The young man, according to sources, had only been married for a month, while today he died after being shot by 23-year-old Azgan Mernica.

Norvuz Cenalia was off duty at the time he was shot, but wearing a Police uniform, as he was on his way to get the service.
