The State Police has come to an urgent conference to give details on the super action carried out last night by RENEA in Elbasan, where Talo Çela was wanted, but it became possible to arrest another wanted person, Kelmend Xhaferri.

The Director of the Local Police Directorate of Elbasan Ardian Çipa, together with the prosecutor of the Elbasan Judicial District Kreshnik Ajazi and the prosecutor of the case Xhelian Seferi, in a press conference for the finalization of the police operation codenamed "Illegal assets".

The operation was carried out by the Local Police Directorate of Elbasan, under the direction of the Prosecution at the Elbasan Judicial District Court, for the seizure of assets deriving from criminal activity. Various assets worth about 5 million euros are seized.


In the framework of property investigations for persons suspected of being members of criminal groups, for assets and assets suspected of having sources from criminal activity, based on procedural material referred by the Local Police Directorate of Elbasan to the Elbasan District Prosecutor's Office, during 2021 and subsequently, the police operation codenamed "Illegal assets" was finalized and the assets were seized on behalf of the citizens Gentian Sharra and Mustafa Sharra.

- Gentian Sharra , 48 years old, resident of Elbasan, previously convicted, with criminal activity in the field of narcotics trafficking, suspected of robbing a large amount of money in Rinas, and arrested as part of a police operation " Golden bullet ”.

At the request of the Prosecution at the Elbasan Judicial District Court, in the framework of investigative actions, the Elbasan Judicial District Court, with the decision dated 09.06.2022, has imposed the property security measure "Sequestration", for immovable and movable property owned of citizen Gentian Sharra and of his father, citizen Mustafa Sharra.


From the Section for Investigation of Economic and Financial Crime in DVP Elbasan, pursuant to the decision of the Court, were seized:

-1 luxury villa in Katund i Ri neighborhood, Elbasan, fason business and arable land;

-Truall dhe ndërtesë, me sipërfaqe 120 m2, në lagjen Katund i Ri, Elbasan, në pronesi të Gentian Sharra;

-Tokë arë me sipërfaqe 15680 m2 dhe ndërtesë me sipërfaqe 119.8 m2, në lagjen Katund i Ri, Elbasan, në pronësi të shtetasve Mustafa Sharra dhe Gentian Sharra;

-Tokë arë me sipërfaqe 3533 m2, në lagjen Katund i Ri, Elbasan, në pronësi të Mustafa Sharra dhe Gentian Sharra;

-Pasuri tokë arë me sipërfaqe 4170 m2, në lagjen Katund i Ri, Elbasan, në pronësi të Gentian Sharra;

-Pasuri tokë arë me sipërfaqe 4050 m2, në lagjen Katund i Ri, Elbasan, në pronësi të Mustafa Sharra.

-Pasuri tokë arë me sipërfaqe 3533 m2, truall me sipërfaqe 208.1 m2 dhe ndërtesë, në lagjen Katund i Ri, Elbasan, në pronësi të Gentian Sharra.

-Pasuri tokë arë me sipërfaqe 394 m2, në lagjen Katund i Ri, Elbasan, në pronësi të Mustafa Sharra dhe Gentian Sharra.

Gjithashtu janë sekuestruar 4 automjete në pronësi të shtetasit Gentian Sharra dhe të familjareve të tij.

Vijon puna për evidentimin e të gjitha pasurive dhe për dokumentimin e plotë ligjor të tyre, në zbatim të ligjit Nr. 10192, datë 03.12.2009 “Për parandalimin dhe goditjen e krimit të organizuar dhe trafikimit nëpërmjet masave prarandaluese kundër pasurisë”.

Drejtoria Vendore e Policisë Elbasan, në bashkëpunim me Prokurorinë pranë Gjykatës së Rrethit Gjyqësor Elbasan dhe me agjencitë e tjera të zbatimit të ligjit, vijon punën intensive për gjurmimin, evidentimin dhe sekuestrimin e çdo pasurie që rrjedh nga veprimtaria kriminale.

In this context, the controls were carried out yesterday afternoon, by the police forces.
