The two assassinations

Klisman Preçi and Ylli Brahimi, the two targets of today's assassination attempt in Milot, have been tried to be killed even earlier, as both have significant criminal records.

Today's victim, Klisman Preçi, was assassinated on May 14 of this year together with his cousin, Blerim Preçi. The incident happened on the Lezhë-Laç highway while they were traveling in a "Mercedes Benz", type "ML" car, when around 20:05 they were shot with a barrage of bullets.

The perpetrators, unidentified, were inside an "Audi" vehicle and went parallel to the off-road vehicle of the two Preçi cousins, taking out the machine gun from the rear window of the vehicle and started shooting with more than 20 bullets.

The young man, Blerim Preçi, turned the vehicle around, braked, and in motion jumped out of the off-road vehicle together with his cousin. The car continued to drive for a few meters, until it left the road and the two young men escaped without being shot.

In the following video, you can see how the citizens come to the aid of two young people, who got out of the vehicle in a serious psychological state. In the video, the citizen can be heard suggesting one of the boys, who appears to be covered in blood, to run to the bar near the street, after the police have been notified. Meanwhile, the young man asks the citizen whether or not he is injured in the head, while the latter reassures him that he is not.

Citizen: Come to the bar. We called the doctor, we called the police
. The attacked young man: Don't I have a bullet in my cap?
Citizen: No, nothing!


Meanwhile, Ylli Brahimi was assassinated on January 13 last year in Milot. In the footage from last year's assassination, you can see the moment when two people on a motorcycle shoot at Ylli Ibrahimi, who was accompanied by 2 other people during the gun attack. 

As can be seen below, the three people, including the target, walk calmly on the sidewalk, while the security cameras of a business opposite have filmed the moment when a motorcycle with two people in spacesuits and hoods is seen on the road, moving fast. , while one of them opened fire on 3 people, where Ibrahimi was injured.

Everything happens in a few seconds, on a populated street, while it can be seen that there were other passers-by at the time of the assassination.

To this day, the causes of these gun attacks are still unknown.
