An operation codenamed "Kurbini" has finalized the capture of a wanted citizen, sentenced to 5 years and 4 months in prison for participating in a criminal group that cultivated narcotic plants.

Citizen Hashim Lama, 28 years old, resident of Milot, was arrested in Fushë Milot, Kurbin, by Kurbin police.

He was declared wanted by the First Instance Court for Corruption and Organized Crime, which had convicted him of the criminal offenses of "Structured Criminal Group" and "Cultivation of Narcotic Plants".

The procedural materials were referred to SPAK for further action.

The operation codenamed "Kurbini" is finalized.  

A 28-year-old man, sentenced by the Criminal Court of Kosovo to 5 years and 4 months in prison, was arrested in Fushë Milot and put in handcuffs as a member of a criminal group that cultivated narcotic plants.   

The services of the Kurbin Police Commissariat, in cooperation with the National Security Force, Tirana Unit, based on information provided on the location of a wanted citizen, have organized and finalized the police operation codenamed "Kurbini".   

During the operation, the following citizen was arrested in Fushe Milot, Kurbin, and handcuffed:

Hashim Lama, 28 years old, resident of Milot, Kurbin.    

This citizen was declared wanted after the First Instance Court for Corruption and Organized Crime sentenced him to 5 years and 4 months in prison for the criminal offenses "Structured criminal group" and "Cultivation of narcotic plants", committed in the form of a structured criminal group.  

The procedural materials were referred to SPAK for further action.
