The journalist of the chronicle, Artan Hoxha, spoke about the Albanians who live in Dubai and invest there hundreds of millions of dollars, money obtained from traffic and organized crime. 

Hoxha said in the show "The Unexposed" that every attempt by Albania to extradite persons found in Dubai have been unsuccessful. 

He further revealed that only 7 people had invested 1 billion dollars in Dubai, and that one of them had told him that they have two options; or invest them in Dubai or give them to Albanian oligarchs.

"Dubai is sea and desert. It does not produce anything. The Emir of Abu Dhabi has 94% of the oil. Dubai does not even have oil. It has no resources for development. It is a city that imports everything. In the last 30 years, there has been extraordinary investment and they understand where the money came from. The money of the biggest corrupt has come. The Albanians have turned it into a fiscal and criminal paradise. So far only Italy has taken Rafaelo, one of the bosses of the mafia. Albania has tried to extradite and failed dot. The last attempt was made by Belgium to extradite an Albanian, but it did not succeed.

These Albanians who have settled in Dubai, none of them use cards even though they make payments of thousands of dollars. All used large amounts of cash. What impressed me, I did not believe that we could have drug traffickers, capture investments over 100 million euros. In just one case there were seven people with $1 billion in investments. These are Albanians. This made me understand even better why our prime minister is asking for fiscal amnesty and to put that money in Albania. These are not registered companies. You will hear these in the next decade. They are not necessarily murderers, they are traffickers. They have trafficked around the world and work on three continents. The money has taken them to Dubai.

One of them in Ecuador told me, today we have two opportunities. Either we take the money to Dubai, or we bring it to Albania and give it to the Albanian oligarchs. If we give it to them, they control the justice system, the police, the court, one day they attack and they take it. I am for the fiscal amnesty, because that money is here and circulates anyway. At the moment that we have orders for murder of 500,000 euros, or even more, it means that black money is in circulation", declared Hoxha.
