Several new multi-storey towers will be erected in Tirana, among them, one that goes up to 65 floors, known as "Mount of Tirana", or "Mali i Tirana.

The towers, however, are not concentrated only in the center of Tirana, KKT has also given permission for several projects on Dritan Hoxha Street with 35 floors or on Teodor Keko Street with a height of 50 floors above the ground.

Institutions such as the Ministry of the Interior and the Port Authority of Durrës have also received permission from the KKT, as well as SPAK, which has received permission for the construction of a surrounding wall and the expansion of offices in an adjacent building.

1. Building permit for the facility: "Port of Durrës - Porto Romano, initial phase", located in the Municipality of Durrës, with the developer Durrës Port Authority.

Building permit for the object: "Construction of the Durrah Football Academy complex, with sports facilities and in function of the "Durrah City Football Academy" Foundation, with 1, 2 and 3 floors above ground and 1 floor underground", located in the area of Spitalle, Durrës Municipality, with the developer "Durrah City Football Academy" Foundation.

Building permit for the object: "Construction of the Office of the Military Department No. 4007", located in the military area of ​​Peza Helma, Municipality of Tirana, with the developer Military Department No. 4007.

Development permit for the facility: "Poceste Military Garrison", located in the Municipality of Korçë, with the developer Military Department No. 1001.

Development Permit for the facility: "Construction of 110/20/10 kV Substation", located in Piqeras, Sarandë Municipality, with developer subject Distribution System Operator (DSO) sh.a.

Development Permit for the facility: "Construction of the 110/35/20 kV Sub/Station Akerni - Airport", located in the Municipality of Vlora, with the developer being Distribution System Operator (DSO) sh.a.

Building Permit for the object: "Construction of the surrounding wall of the new building of SPAK", located Tirana Municipality, with developer subject Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime.

Building Permit for the object: "Adaptation of the internal premises of the "Business Incubator" object in offices for the special structure against corruption and organized crime as well as the construction of the connecting bridge between two existing objects", located Municipality of Tirana, subject developer Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime

Building permit for the facility: "Implementation of layout, auxiliary and technical facilities in the facility of the Lead Mosque, Shkodër Municipality", with the developer being the General Directorate of Foundations of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey.

Permit for service structures at beach stations, located in the municipalities of Pogradec, Shkodër, Lezhë, Durrës, Kavajë, Rrogozhinë, Fier, Vlorë, Himarë and Sarandë.
