In the hope of unraveling the mystery and circumstances of the murder of Kenyan citizen Joy Ayoko, the Tirana prosecution has made a decision for advanced examination of two phones of the girl who had come from Kenya to Tirana to work at a casino in the Stadium area.
The two phones have been seized by the Tirana prosecutor's office since August 2022 and since then they have been examined, but it has not been possible to find any productive data.
Journalist Elton Qyno has learned that due to the technical and technological conditions of the State Police cyber laboratory, the Tirana Prosecution Office has decided to reach out for help to computer experts from the SPAK Special Prosecution Office.
This prosecutor's office has the latest computer equipment expertise programs, as for several years it has contracted two world-renowned companies, such as "Cellebrite DI Ltd" based in Israel and "INsig2 doo" based in Zagreb, a leader in the Balkans.
It is learned that the two phones have already undergone a complex computer examination in the hope of recovering the phones.
One of the phones used by Kenyan citizen Joy Ayoko was broken when it was seized, and SPAK experts have responded to the Tirana prosecutor's office that it cannot be examined through computer programs.
Only one of the devices is undergoing examination, where it is hoped to recover all the phone memory used by that phone from the time it was turned on until the last moments when it was used by the Kenyan girl, Joy Ayoko.
On the other hand, regarding this criminal case, the Tirana prosecution is awaiting the autopsy report and the diagnosis of Joy Ayoko's death from the Kenyan hospital.
Through these tests and conducting an experiment, experts seek to build a possible version, based on the dynamics of the movements, that Kenyan citizen Joy Ayoko is believed to have made at midnight on August 13, 2022.
The latter is said to have fallen or been thrown from a 3rd floor window, falling to the back of the building.
We recall that on the evening of August 13, Joy Ayoko was alone in the apartment, while in her bed the police found and seized a bowl of pilaf and two phones, one broken.
Meanwhile, the State Police carried out the first investigative actions on August 15, 2022, at which time it sent the material for evaluation to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office.
But because many investigative procedures were not carried out by the police in August, it now appears that the Tirana prosecution seems to have "remained in the classroom" in this matter.
Two of the three main tracks where the Tirana prosecution is conducting investigations into the case of Kenyan citizen Joy Ayoko are that of "Suicide" and "Causing suicide".
During this time, several people were questioned and several house searches were conducted, but they yielded no results.
Kenyan Joy Ayoko was in Albania as part of the staff of "Arena Casino", which is managed by Bledar Sinanaj. / Syri.net
