The son of a former politician was detained for several hours by the Tirana Police together with a 23-year-old man from Ballshi, an employee of a casino, as they were suspected of being involved in a theft, which in the end was not proven, but for this fate was to blame.

The denunciation against them came from one of the main casinos in Tirana, for which the police have undertaken investigations and detained the suspected persons. However, theft in collaboration, or accidental profit will be resolved by the Prosecutor's Office, which has passed the police investigation and if it goes to court, justice. The amount lost by the casino has made the latter suspect that behind the player's winnings was perhaps a collaboration with one of its employees at the roulette tables.

The representative of the casino filed a complaint with the Tirana Police and the ongoing investigation against the 39-year-old player and the 23-year-old croupier started immediately and was carried out by the police forces at Police Station No. 3. The basis of the casino's denunciation, according to its lawyer, lies in the fact that the croupier did not follow the regulation.

He insists that the croupier's failure to perform three proper spins on the roulette wheel has helped the customer and the winnings at the table are nothing more than collusive theft, right in front of casino monitors and security cameras.

"The croupier was seen to roll the dice, which made only two spins and landed on the number nine, while according to casino rules, the dice must complete at least 3 spins before landing on one of the roulette numbers. Otherwise it should not be called accurate. The dealer was seen confirming the number nine on the screen that serves to connect the terminals. Making just two spins allows bets to be placed in just two seconds while the number is down. At the same time, the customer can be seen on camera quickly placing bets exactly on the number nine, and according to the footage, he won 162,000 ALL," says the casino's lawyer in the complaint.

But this is not the only case according to the casino lawyer, because he says that the situation repeats itself a few hours later. Again, the 23-year-old croupier rolls the dice only twice, and again the client AL, came closer, placed a bet on the number that fell and won 144,000 lek.

The fact that "fate" was following the client in a suspicious way has led the casino representatives to start surveillance and have seen how, when the croupier threw the dice twice, the player approached and placed bets on certain numbers, winning a one time 200 thousand ALL, the next time 360 ​​thousand ALL and again another 200 thousand ALL.

The police, for its part, after conducting investigations into the case, say that from the examination of the records it was noticed that it was not only the denounced customer who profited from violating the croupier's regulation, but also another customer who also won money, as The 23-year-old rolled the dice only twice.

But as the two detainees, both the casino employee and the AL player, have only blamed good luck, the opposite has been discovered by the police.

The latter says that from the verification and control of mobile phones and from the examination of messages on the Instagram account, it is observed that there are communications between the player and the croupier.
