The Albanian actor, Florind Belliu and his wife have lost their lives after jumping from the sixth floor of the building where they lived in New York, United States. Andi Llabuti, actor, colleague and friend of Belli, says that the 35-year-old had a very difficult period with his father.

In an interview for " Euronews ", Llabuti said that Belliu experienced the death of his father very badly and the fact that he could not come to his funeral.

" Flor has had a difficult period. Everything is related to the loss of Flori's father a year and a half ago, she put the lid on it. Flori was with his wife and children in New York and his parents were in Tirana. He has had a very difficult situation relating this to his father.

At the moment when Flori was talking with his father in the room, his father passed away. He saw the whole situation live. This was the scene that Flori watched live from the camera, and the worst thing was that Flori could not come to the funeral, because he did not have the documents , "said Llabuti.

According to him, the family members had told him that his father's death had left a mark on him and he emphasized that during this year he had serious mental health problems and started treatment in New York.

It is suspected that Florindi first pushed his wife Ornela from the balcony and then threw himself from the 6th floor of the building. The couple had two children, 6 and 2 years old, and had settled in the "The Bronx" neighborhood of New York just 3 months ago. The police are investigating all possible leads, including a double murder.
