VoxNews has obtained a photo of young Aran Kurti , who was killed in the conflict over a cafe in Manzë, Durrës.

The 23-year-old was sitting at a table with Daniel Pepa , 21, who asked the waiter for coffee, but he did not make it because the espresso machine was turned off.

After the fight, the person who was at the table with the waiter, Flori Paluçi, took the gun and shot Aran Kurti, leaving him dead.

Police report

At around 01:45 on 22.10.2025, in Manëz, near a gas station, after a conflict suspected of being for weak motives, citizens AK, 23 years old, and FP, 33 years old, both residents of Manëz, were shot dead.

From the first investigative actions carried out by the special investigation group, it is suspected that citizen FP was killed with a firearm by citizen DP, 21 years old, resident of Manëz, while citizen AK is suspected of being killed by citizen FP. Police services are continuing intensive checks to capture citizen DP.

Meanwhile, a special investigative group, under the direction of the Prosecutor, is continuing to work at the scene to clarify the circumstances, identify other persons involved in this event, and administer any evidence, with the aim of fully legally documenting the case.
