The murder of businessman Eduart Reçi the night before in Tirana has shocked public opinion in Dibër as well.

Relatives and neighbors in his native village of Brezhdan, in Dibër, are deeply shocked because they know him as a quiet and very noble family, even though he has been away from there for almost 30 years.

Neighbors and relatives say that they are not aware of having had problems either in Dibra or Tirana, while adding that his family was respected by everyone.
