The Special Court of Appeal has sentenced Klevis Alla to 25 years in prison, Besian Xixha to 11 years in prison and Enver Diva to 5 years in prison for the murder of the brothers Viktor and Besmir Haxhia, an event that took place in Durrës in March 2020, as well as for the murder of Dorjan Shkoza and Angelo Avdiaj.
The appeal partially overturned the decision of the First Instance for Klevis Alla, who was also an associate of justice, dismissing the charges for the criminal offense of providing the conditions to commit murder, as well as for the criminal offense of cooperation in a criminal group, however his sentence remains the same. Initially, he was suspected of having provided information on the whereabouts of the Haxhia brothers, but later it was confirmed that he had directly participated in the murder, along with Nuredin Duman and Henrik Hoxha, who are suspected as executioners, as well as Besian Xixha and Enver Diva .
Klevis Alla lost the status of an associate of justice after giving false testimony regarding the criminal events included in the "Golden Bullet" file. He had claimed that Talo Çela and Altin Ndoci were the authors of the murder of the two Haxhia brothers and their friends Dorjan Shkoza and Anxhelo Avdiaj, deviating according to SPAK the truth of the event. The prosecution took into account Nuredin Duman's testimony, and as a result, GJKKO dismissed the charges against Altin Ndoc, declaring him innocent.
Earlier, the charges for these two murders were also dropped for Talo Çela, although he continues to have problems with justice for other criminal events.
