The police have handcuffed a 19-year-old man in Tirana, after allegedly having a conflict with his mother, who after the fight tried to end her life by consuming medication.

It is learned that the fight between them started after the 19-year-old asked him for money to buy narcotics for personal consumption.

The police informs that during the escort, Henri Breçani objected forcefully and hit a police officer because of his duty.
