Three days after the arrest, the Tirana Court has left educator Majlinda Dehima behind bars.

She is accused of brutally raping a 3-year-old girl in the "Stinët" kindergarten in Tirana. As a result of the violence, the girl suffered a broken leg. She expressed regret for the incident and apologized to her family.

Through the lawyer, Dehima requested a milder security measure. Dehima claimed that he did not hurt the minor girl. 

 "I did not touch it with my hand. I am very affected by what happened, I did not understand the situation at first, later I found out the damage. I apologize to the family members, I am very touched, I would never have wanted such a situation to have happened", she declared.
