The SPAK Special Prosecutor's Office has charged Ilir Nishani, the brother of the former President of the Republic, Bujar Nishani.

The former official of the National Environment Agency has been accused of the criminal offense of corruption, after together with two other officials, they took the sum of 500 thousand old lek from a citizen.

Ora News has learned through SPAK sources that the other two inspectors who have been charged are citizens Gerson Tafa and Genci Hicka, against whom the prosecution has raised the charge of corruption and referred the case for judicial review.

According to the information provided, the three defendants are accused of having, in cooperation with each other, asked the owner of a medical clinic for an amount of 500,000 old lek.

All the corrupt actions of the 3 inspectors of the National Environment Agency have been monitored by the police and SPAK, since at the time of giving the money, they were filmed.

The case against them has already been sent to court and it is expected that in the following days, the file will be subject to judicial review.
