Even after 8 months, it has not yet been possible to collect complete scientific facts on the arrest of 4 citizens, who are suspected to have been part of this murder.

In December, the Court of Appeal rejected the defense request of the Mollaj cousins, for providing evidence against the citizen Tina Pajollari, who in the procedural moments took the role of an accomplice in the murder of the young man from the village of Kolanec.

It seems that the investigation was launched only on statements that have often been contradictory, of which 4 arrests have already resulted. But just a few days ago, two other citizens who may have knowledge of the incident were interrogated at the Korca Prosecutor's Office.

It is about Johni Potka (former brother-in-law of Tina Pajollari) and another citizen. Even earlier, these citizens were mentioned in the file for the murder of Martin Čeço, but they seem to have proved the alibi that they were not involved in the event, but recently they were accompanied again to give additional explanations.

Recently, the new fact emerged that the defense of the Mollaj cousins ​​requested in the Court of Korça, that the prosecutor's office investigate this incident in another way.

According to the defense, it is about an investigation track that has been mentioned in the media, which is the identification of cannabis plantations by the victim, a few days before he was found dead. This request of the lawyer of the two main accused of the incident has come after the moment that the Korca Prosecutor's Office is not yet providing new scientific facts.

The new facts

- The victim's phone has not yet been found, in order to identify his last contacts which shed light on the incident.

- During the month of November 2022, the request of the Court of Appeal for providing evidence for the citizen Tina Pajollari is rejected.

- During the month of December 2022, two other citizens are interrogated for this event, one of them Xhoni Potka or the former brother-in-law of Tina Pajollari

- Officially, in the Court of Korça, a request has been filed for investigation of the murder as the reason for the identification of the cannabis plantation by Martin Çeço. In other words, murder for the disappearance of evidence.

- Valter and Edlir Mollaj's tool has resulted in no human DNA content inside.

- The security cameras along the route, argued by Tina Pajollari's statement, do not turn out to have detected the Mollaje vehicle.
