The Special Court communicated the measure of arrest in prison to Juxhin Drazhi, a member of the Troplini criminal group who was extradited this weekend from Spain.
The session was held behind closed doors, as prosecutor Vladimir Mara requested the continuation of the coercive measure previously issued in absentia against him, which was accepted by the black platoons.
Draži is accused of 'Drug Trafficking', committed in the form of a structured criminal group, 'Structured criminal group' and 'Committing criminal offenses by a criminal organization or structured criminal group'.
He was extradited 3 months after his arrest in Spain, while the 34-year-old faces several charges as part of a structured criminal group trafficking narcotics from Norway to Belgium.
The Special Prosecution Office has also seized several assets that are suspected of belonging to Juxhin Drazhi, who has used them through criminal activity.
