A conflict over property issues has been registered in the capital.

Tirana Police announce that four people have been arrested, while another is wanted, after they raped and threatened the two co-owners of a plot of land on Elbasani Street.

Citizens Endri Allushi, Erald Basha, Ervin Topi, Ardian Shera and Emiljano Topi, all residents of the village of Nikël, friends with each other, raped and threatened citizens LH and AC.

Immediately after the latter's denunciation, the police placed four of them in handcuffs, while they are working to capture Ervin Topi, who is suspected of being the initiator of the illegal claim on the property and the organizer of the event.

According to official information, the complainants stated that they had purchased the land in 2021 from another citizen, but were faced with illegal claims and violent behavior by five individuals, who exerted pressure to take possession of this property.


The procedural materials were referred to the Tirana Prosecution Office, for further action, for the criminal offense of "Coercion by threat or violence for the provision of property", committed in collaboration.

Tirana/The police operation codenamed "Pretendimi" is finalized.

They raped and threatened the 2 co-owners of a plot of land on Elbasani Street, claiming that this property belonged to one of them, 4 citizens were arrested and 1 other was declared wanted.

As a result of the immediate administration of the report of citizens LH and AC, that 5 citizens had raped and threatened them, after one of them claims ownership of the land area that the complainants declare they purchased in 2021, from 1 other citizen, the Serious Crimes Investigation Sector, in cooperation with the Special Operational Force, finalized the "Claim" operation.

During the operation, citizens EA, 28 years old, EB, 31 years old, ET, 42 years old and A. Sh., 44 years old, were arrested and handcuffed, and the citizen who claims ownership of the land, ET, 37 years old, all five residents of the village of Nikël, Krujë, friends of each other, was declared wanted.

Intensive work is underway to capture the 37-year-old, as well as to document the circumstances of the case.
