The court of Tirana has set today the security measure "obligation to appear" for 32-year-old Aurel Latifi, who tried on Friday to force his way into the building of the Prime Minister.

The prosecution has requested compulsory hospitalization of the 32-year-old due to his psychological problems. Aurel Latifi is charged with the criminal offense "Breaking the public peace", while it is suspected that the young man suffers from mental health problems. 

The 32-year-old hit one of the employees of the Republic Guard who serves at the door of the Prime Minister, aiming to force his way inside its premises for reasons still unclear. He was arrested shortly after the incident, but was released today.
