Durrës has once again not disappointed whenever it rains, flooding the inner city streets and especially the area near the stadium.

This situation is now turning into an abnormal normality, but one that is apparently causing residents to adapt, each finding their own ways to cope with this situation.

Despite the damage caused to vehicles and businesses or the hardships suffered by pedestrians, it seems no one is taking responsibility.
