The Fier Court, at the request of the prosecution, has seized the assets of Saimir Taullau and his family members.

The decision was given by judge Vladimir Cjapi.

In Lushnje, the Taullau family is known as a rival of Aldo Bare's gang due to the problems they have had over the years. Baki Taullau, Saimir Taullau's brother, was killed in 2005. 

List of confiscated assets:

- “Property no. 4/1, ZK. 8572, type “land”, with the description “2-storey commercial building, fuel and service premises”, located in the “18 Tetori” neighborhood, Lushnje, co-owned by citizens FT, MT, ET and K. T;

- Property no. 4/2, ZK. 8572, vol. 24, p. 197, of the type “plot”, located in the “18 Tetori” neighborhood, Lushnje. The building completely built on it with a value of 9,724,582 Lekë, in co-ownership of citizens FT, MT, ET and K. T;

- Property no. 3/1, ZK. 8572, with a total construction area of ​​306 m2 with the description "Economic building 1 kt + basement", located in Plug, Lushnja, in the name of citizen RT

- Property no. 1/450, ZK. 8572 of the type “land”, with a special description, added “3-storey service unit + reconstruction of the existing fuel station + gas station. Construction of the perimeter wall located in the “Loni Dhamo” neighborhood, Lushnje, in co-ownership of citizens MT, ET and KT
