The Supreme Court overturns Erion Veliaj's conviction

The Supreme Court rejects the appeal of Erion Veliaj, who requested the annulment of the decision of the Special Appeal regarding the rejection of his request for the invalidity of SPAK's investigative actions.

The decision was made in the deliberation room this Thursday by the criminal panel composed of Albana Boksi, Sokol Binaj and Genti Shala.
