The Special Prosecution Office has read the claim in the "Sterilization" file, requesting prison sentences for 3 defendants.

SPAK has requested a sentence of 10 years in prison for former Deputy Minister of Health, Klodian Rrjepaj, and businessman Ilir Rrapaj.

If convicted, they will benefit from a shortened trial and will spend 6.8 years behind bars.

While the former legal director at the Ministry of Health was asked for 3.6 years in prison. If convicted, she will benefit from a shortened trial and will spend 2.4 years behind bars.

SPAK's claim:

Klodian Rjepaj 10 years in prison/ 6 years and 8 months from the summary trial

Ilir Rrapaj 10 years in prison/ from the summary trial 6 years 8 months

Marsela Serjanaj 3 years 6 months / from summary trial 2 years 4 months
