SPAK waves of arrests in Tirana and Elbasan/ "BOSSes" of the criminal

The appearance on the scene of two young witnesses who have repented in SPAK, such as Skerdi Tasi and Erjon Alibej, is expected to bring a second wave of arrests by the SPAK special prosecution.

The cities where the police are most likely to intervene are Fieri, Elbasani, Vlora, Shkodra and Tirana. Skerdi Tasi, spoke in front of three prosecutors, showing that he was paid by characters from the world of crime in Fier, to commit murders in Fier, Tirana and Vlora.

It is about RS and the grandson of the latter, who were hired against payments to commit murder, using Skerdi Tasin, Henrik Hoxha and other people as paid shooters.

Hoxha, was the first accomplice of SPAK, but because the prosecutors considered his testimony not sincere, they decided to remove the status of accomplice, following the confession of the other two arrested persons, Skerdi Tasi and Erjon Alibej.
In his testimony, Tasi spoke about planning murders in Fier, Vlora, Tirana and murders in Elbasan and Peqin.

While the other repentant Erjon Alibej, the man who planned, financed and ordered the murder of more than 6 people, told about the crimes in Elbasan, Shkodër, Durrës and Peqin. Alibej's testimony in separate episodes is compared with the testimony of Nuredin Duman, who participated in almost all the murders financed by Erjon Alibej and his brother-in-law, Arjan Spahiu, killed in Belgium.

In June 2023, Skerdi Tase showed in SPAK two failed murder attempts against the businessman, Aredin Behari, armed attacks that were paid for by Albert Pashaj, while Tase himself and Henrik Hoxhaj participated.
In both plans for the gun attacks, it was not possible to kill Aredin Behari, since in one case the perpetrators' weapon was blocked, while in the other case the target was able to leave.

SPAK is currently conducting intensive investigations to verify the statements of two young associates. Meanwhile, Nuredin Dumani, the main accomplice, has been questioned more than 5 times by the prosecution about several situations.
The "Dumani" file is one of the most important cases located in SPAK and contains the highest number of associates of justice. On August 18, the SPAK Special Prosecutor's Office decided to close the investigations for the 19 people arrested by the Police.

As for the other 12 people, investigations continue. In this case, there were 6 people involved in justice, but after the removal of the status of the penitent Klevis Allës and Henrik Hoxhaj, N uredin Dumani, Erjon Alibej, Skerdi Tasi and Euglen Halili are currently penitent./Ora
