The court of Tirana has granted the security measure "prison arrest" for Marsela Pushani, who last Saturday stabbed her sister, causing her death.

Initially, the family members reported the death of Amanda Pushani as a natural death, but after the examination of the body and the autopsy, it was confirmed that she was killed with a knife, and her sister is accused of this.

In her testimony to the police, Marsela admitted the crime, while saying that she did not want to kill him, but hit him in self-defense.

According to family members, Amanda was a problematic person and an alcoholic. The day before, the mother of the victim was also questioned, who said that the 37-year-old used to abuse her. The two sisters and their mother lived together in a building on Kavaja Street.
