A serious incident took place on Mat, the police arrested Dario Bruçi who is accused of repeatedly inflicting physical and psychological violence on his co-habitant. B

As a result of physical and psychological violence, the co-habitant was treated with medication at the psychiatric hospital in Tirana. 

The police discovered that in order to justify the violence, the 48-year-old had paid Kujtim Popaj from Kosovo to heal him, as he claimed that he had been bewitched.

Repeatedly inflicting physical and psychological violence on his co-habitant, the 48-year-old was caught and put in handcuffs. 

As a result of physical and psychological violence, the co-habitant was treated with medication at the psychiatric hospital in Tirana.

The 48-year-old, in order to justify the violence against his co-habitant, had paid a citizen from Kosovo to heal him, as he claimed that he had been bewitched.

The 36-year-old, who came from Kosovo to the 48-year-old's apartment, to heal the 33-year-old, is being prosecuted for fraud.

During the search in the 48-year-old's apartment, 380 pieces of ammunition were found and seized.

The services of the Mat Police Station, after receiving information about a citizen who was repeatedly exerting psychological and physical violence against his co-habitant, as well as carrying firearms or ammunition in the apartment, immediately organized the work and thanks to the immediate intervention, done to prevent a possible criminal event in the family.
 
As a result, the arrest was made in flagrante delicto of the citizen DB, 48 years old, resident of Burrel, (previously convicted for threatening and violently resisting a police officer).

From the investigations carried out, supported by informational intelligence, it was found that the 33-year-old woman, as a result of the violence, was sent by her family members for medical treatment and to the psychiatric hospital in Tirana.

However, following the in-depth investigations into this case, it turned out that the 48-year-old man, in order to justify the violence against his co-habitant, claimed that the 33-year-old woman had been bewitched and had paid the KP citizen, 37 years old, a resident of Kosovo, to who came to the residence of the citizen DB, to heal the 33-year-old woman.

During the inspection in the residence of citizen DB, the Police services found and seized as material evidence 380 cartridges, which he possessed without permission.

The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Dibër General Jurisdiction, for further procedural actions.
