SPAK communicates the accusations to the three former directors of Tirana
Taulant Tushe, Redi Molla and Mariglen Qato

The Special Prosecutor's Office has officially communicated the accusations to the three former directors of the Tirana Municipality, Taulant Tushes, Redi Molla and Mariglen Qatos, regarding the investigations being carried out by SPAK for the "5D" file.

Against Redi Molla and Mariglen Qato, the special structure has filed two charges of "passive corruption" and "non-declaration of assets", while against Talunat Tusha the charge of "violation of equality in tenders".

SPAK continues the investigations since the investigation phase for the collection of facts and evidence from this structure has not yet been completed with the communication of the charges.  

Tushe, Molla and Qato were arrested in March of this year by order of the Special Anticorruption Prosecutor's Office, as part of the investigation into the "5D" file.

The three former directors were left in the "arrest in prison" measure, while five other people in the "compulsion to appear" measure, namely Enton Punavija, Julian Zanaj, Albano Janku, Nestor Muhamellari, Deborah Kecci and Englatina Zere.
