SPAK has named the mayor of Erseka, Erion Isai, as a defendant.

Isai was previously subject to an audit by the Supreme State Audit Office, and was summoned in October last year to SPAK, where he testified for about an hour before prosecutors.

According to the report by the Albanian Supreme Audit Office, Isai has committed abuses with tenders worth millions of euros. He is accused of having committed the criminal offenses of abuse of office and violation of equality in tenders more than once.
