SPAK has launched investigations abroad for corruption and organized crime!

163 letters of request, otherwise requests for assistance in investigations, were sent by the Special Prosecution Office to foreign authorities during 2024.

In the annual report, SPAK explains that assistance from foreign authorities has been requested for investigations related to organized crime on charges of murder, terrorism or money laundering.

Even for those cases registered for corruption, abuse of office, violation of equality in tenders and concealment of assets .

The country that SPAK sent the most letters of request to last year is France, with 40 requests, and this is due to the judicial withdrawal of SKY Ecc materials .

The second country that has been requested assistance from SPAK most often is Italy with 21 requests during 2024.

In addition to European Union countries, SPAK has sought cooperation in many Latin American countries, but also Singapore and Malaysia.
