The SPAK Special Prosecutor has withdrawn the investigative documents for the defendant Erjon Alibej alias Agim Shurbi, who is accused of having financed and organized the murder of Emiljano Ramazan or "Ilit of Elbasani" and Regis Runaj.

The prosecutor of the case, Behar Dibra, in today's session, asked the court to withdraw the investigation file only for Alibej, since according to him, this defendant is also being investigated for several other murders, which are connected in a chain with the execution of Ramazan and Runaj .

Meanwhile, the judicial process for the other two defendants, Xhuljano Hoxha and the prosecutor's collaborator, Euglen Halili, will continue to develop.

Erjon Alibej's name did not appear only in the testimony of Euglent Halil, but also in the testimony of Nuredin Duman, who tells about a meeting between him, Alibej and the latter's brother-in-law Arjan Spahiu.

In front of the BKH investigators, Dumani has shown that Arjani had asked Dumani to account that he had participated in the triple murder in Bradashesh of Elbasan, as well as in the murder of Andi Zylyfi in Peqin.

In the material available to "Ora News", Dumani states that for a period of 1 and a half months, he did not mourn Arjan Spahina, that he had no connection, and that he was not involved in these murders.

Spahiu, in this meeting, was convinced of the sincerity of Duman, and in the end he asked for help and cooperation, for the elimination of the people who had participated in the event, to Enea Alibej or as he was otherwise called with the nickname "Tarzani".

According to Spahia, people like Talo Çela, Altin Ndoci, Besmir Haxhia, Dorjan Shkoza, Kel Kamami or "Keli i Kiçit" and the brothers, Hajdar Çopja, Franc Bako alias Çopja and Ervin Bako alias Çopja, should be eliminated against payment from the Nuredin group Dumanit.

Ky i fundit dhe Arjan Spahiu, siç tregon Dumani i kanë kërkuar bashkëpunim dhe të bëheshin bashkë në një krah, pasi kishin kundërshtarë të përbashkët, Talo Çelën. Arjani dhe Erjoni, në këtë marrëveshje do siguronin investimin dhe i ofruan Dumanit që ti binte vëllezërve Çopja që jetojnë në Dubai dhe secilit që ka marë pjesë në vrasjen e njerëzve të tyre.

“…në s’pastrimin e emrave të kësaj liste që Dumani ra dakord me Arjan Spahinë dhe Erjon Alibej, hynin në lojë Eljo Bitri, Klevis Alla, Henrik Hoxha dhe Asllan Plaku…” – thotë Dumani.
