The Special Prosecutor's Office, SPAK has withdrawn the request for trial against Erjon Alibej, who is accused of murdering Emiljano Ramazan and Regis Runaj.

The event took place in July 2020. SPAK in its reasoning says that the withdrawal comes after the testimony received by the repentant justice, Nuredin Dumani. His testimony has made it necessary to carry out additional investigations for Erjon Alibejn, reports SPAK.

Erjon Alibej is accused of being the organizer and orderer of the murders that took place on July 20 and 29, 2020 in the city of Elbasan, in the "28 Nëntori" neighborhood.

Erion Alibej was known as Andrea Alibej in Italy and was arrested for drug trafficking together with his brother, who was killed in an assassination attempt.

Endrit Alibej was executed in the Metalurgjik area in Elbasan. It is suspected that Erion Alibej took revenge for his brother and ordered the murder of Emiljano Ramazan and Regis Runaj.
