The complete footage of the murder of Paulin Gjergji and Bujar Lika has been published. The two persons in question were victims of an assassination attempt that took place in May 2020 inside a bar on the Milot-Mamurras highway near the village of Gjormë i Kurbin.

In connection with this double crime, four defendants have been sent for trial on the charges of murder in other qualifying circumstances committed in cooperation and possession of weapons without a permit. Eduart Lamaj is accused of having the role of executioner, while his friends Ilir Lika (Xhepaj), Klaudio Përkola and Oltion Vlashi played the role of assistants.

Artan Hoxha for this event declares that this is a pure murder for pay and a robbery as claimed. According to Hoxha Bujar Lika, known as Ari, was Ervis Martinaj's closest person. Hoxha emphasizes that the killers have taken care to carry out the order to the end and have even created the alibi of the robbery in order not to be discovered.

In the video published by Hoxha, you can see all 4 perpetrators who come with masks and camouflage uniforms. The first to enter the bar and commit the murder is Eduart Lamaj. He calls Bujar Lika by name, and then opens fire at the table where he was sitting with businessman Paulin Gjergji. According to Hoxha, Paulin Gjergji (Marku) had nothing to do with the incident because he was traveling to Lezha and stopped at the bar by chance.

After Eduart Lamaj opened fire, it was Bujar Lika, who was known as Ervis Martinaj's right-hand man, who retaliated with a pistol, leaving the author Eduart Lamaj wounded. After the murder, the friends of Eduart Lamaj were able to take their injured friend and run away, while one of them was guarding Paulin Gjergji's two sons with a gun.
