How the AFL is turning into a fining institution for Albanian teams

The Disciplinary Commission in the Albanian Football Federation has turned into a sector of fines and benefits for the leaders of this institution, who direct every decision that the members of this commission have to make.

The most recent case is the punishment that the Discipline has given to the two clubs of the capital, Tirana and Partizan, who in the last derby match that took place in "Air Albania", from the incidents caused by the fans, were fined approximately 30,000 euros. which will be paid by both clubs.

What is scandalous in this decision, is that out of the 300 benches that are broken according to the FFA, as until now there is no fact to prove how many benches have been broken, since these are the penalties that the Federation itself makes and the fines the Federation sets them, while the clubs are only obliged to pay, without having any power to do the opposite.

Sources for the TemA newspaper have informed that the cost of a bench that has been placed in the "Air Albania" stadium is 30 to 40 euros, while the Federation has set the cost of the bench at 100 euros in the penalties it gives to the clubs.

It is a completely abusive figure which is only intended to fill the coffers and pockets of the Federation's leadership dome.

Another fact is that in addition to the fines that the Federation imposes on the clubs, it does not allow them to sell their products during the challenges they hold in "Air Albania" where again the teams pay a hefty figure of 10,000 euros.

This is due to the fact that Armand Duka has turned this building into a personal business institution, starting with the security assigned by the AFL and the clubs do not have the right to choose their own company, but are obliged to pay what was appoints the Federation.

The same applies to the alcoholic beverages that are consumed, starting with beer, where the only one that has the exclusive sale is the Czech beer Budweiser, which was brought to Albania by Armand Duka.

The same thing is with wine, where the only one that is sold in the premises of "Air Albania" is "Vera Duka", owned by Armand Duka.

The same is the case with the sale of tickets, where the company that manages them donates a percentage to the AFL.

Everything is pure business that the Albanian Football Federation does to the two clubs of the capital, which receive money from every possible direction.

Sources for the TemA newspaper also claimed that one of the main reasons for the fine and the closure of the "Air Albania" stadium until November 16, when the friendly match with Italy will be played, is related to the scandalous condition of the "Air Albania" carpet, which was destroyed in the boxing match that took place a few months ago, during Florian Mark's match.

And to cover that shame, the Federation has prepared this scheme where it fines the clubs of the capital and gets money, and on this occasion it also closes the stadium with the excuse of "fixing" the benches.
