For the third time in a row, the preliminary hearing at GJKKO for the Fier incinerator has been postponed.

The court has concluded that the defendant under investigation, Giusepe Cifalone, was not notified in the form required by law, so the hearing was postponed. 

The next session is scheduled to be held on February 15 at 09:00.
