Albanian caught red-handed distributing cocaine doses in Italy

Carabinieri in Gubbio, Italy, arrested a 30-year-old Albanian man in flagrante delicto for possession and sale of narcotics, after he was found in possession of over 50 doses of cocaine, while he was delivering a dose to an Italian citizen.

In fact, the carabinieri had noticed the 30-year-old, whose unusual and apparently aimless wandering had caught their attention. Careful monitoring revealed the drug trafficking from the unsuspecting Albanian citizen to his buyer.

During the subsequent personal and home search, the carabinieri found and seized approximately another 40 g of cocaine divided into 50 doses, over 3,000 euros in cash, as well as several grams of hashish, precision scales and material for packaging the narcotic substance.
